CPR: Infant, Child, Teen with Children's Hospital

This American Heart Association Family and Friends course is for parents and other adult community members who have a desire to learn CPR and choking rescue, but do not require certification.  This is not a certifying or credentialing program so it is not appropriate for those who need a certification card.

This Course teaches the lifesaving skills of child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR and relief of choking in an adult, child or infant. Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment by using the AHA’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.

Children’s Community Pediatrics, in collaboration with UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh offers a wide range of educational classes. Our mission is to continually use education to improve and maintain the physical, emotional and mental health of children and teens.
