Are you considering breastfeeding as a great health choice for you and your baby?

Have you already decided to breastfeed and would like more information?

Then this class is for you!

Come and learn why breastfeeding makes such a difference in a baby's health. We cover the basics of positioning and latch, how milk is produced, what you can expect in the early days, and troubleshooting for possible challenges. We take a look at heading back to work, and the basics of pumping your milk.

Bring your questions and your partner!  We want to make breastfeeding your baby a wonderful and rewarding experience.

Classes are taught by an international board-certified lactation consultant.
