One-on-One Nutrition Counseling Course with UPMC Sports Medicine


One-on-one counseling is an individualized meeting with a Sports Dietitian to formulate a personalized plan that will help you feel better about your food choices, eating habits, energy levels, sports performance, and body composition.

Why would you need one-on-one nutrition counseling?

  • If you’re struggling with your dietary intake, weight, activity progress, or just any area of your lifestyle, then sitting down with a Dietitian is highly recommended.
  • Sound nutrition information is hard to weed out from the false advertisements, media hype, and fad diets on the Internet or TV. You can take an opportunity to LEARN how your body works, and what it needs to function at its highest level.
